Eduardo Augusto Muylaert Antunes graduated in 1968 from the University of São Paulo, and thereafter attended post-graduation courses in Europe, where he obtained a DES at the Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Sorbonne).

As an attorney, his practice is dedicated to criminal law, and he has also acquired large experience in the fields of public law and governmental service as a former Public State Attorney in São Paulo. He lectured at the São Paulo Pontificial Catholic University Law School for almost ten years.

Besides being a member of the São Paulo Bar Association, having occupied the positions of Counselor and member of the Ethical Commission, he belongs to the Bar Institute of São Paulo.

He was Secretary to the Justice and Public Security Departments of São Paulo during the Montoro Government (1986), and was the President of the National Council of Criminal and Penitentiary Policy of the Ministry of Justice of  Brazil (1987 / 1988). He was also a Judge in the Electoral Court in São Paulo, for 5 years (2002/2007).

Mary Livingston graduated from the same University of São Paulo Law School in 1977, and has specialized in criminal law ever since, having thus acquired vast experience. Aside from working as a criminal lawyer she has dedicated some time to public service, as State Coordinator for the Community Security Councils, and representing the São Paulo Bar Association as Director of a Child Defense Program. She has also represented the Brazilian Bar Association in a Ministry of Justice Committee for the Studies of Children's Statutes.

In 2002 a younger partner was admitted, Sylas Kok Ribeiro, a lawyer who had been with the firm for ten years. He graduated in 1995 from the Catholic University of São Paulo School of Law, and was a member of the Ethical Commission of the São Paulo Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association.

In 2009 a young lawyer, Alexandre Daiuto Leão Noal , became  a partner. He is Specialist in Economic Criminal Law (Fundação Getúlio Vargas – SP); Specialist in  Criminal Procedure Law Escola Paulista da Magistratura and member of the IDDD – Defense of the Right of Defense Institute.

The partners work jointly and personally on all the cases.
