The Firm

Starting in  1988 through its founders Eduardo Muylaert and Mary Livingston, the firm has now two other partners: Sylas Kok Ribeiro, since 1992, and Alexandre Daiuto Leão Noal, recently admitted.

Both began their professional career with the firm, thus enabling it to maintain its high standard.

The firm is dedicated almost exclusively to economic crimes, assisting plaintiffs and defendants in cases related to crimes against the financial system, criminal tax fraud and evasion, consumer relations, environmental crimes, money laundering, antitrust and unfair competition, intellectual property.

The firm interacts with their  client's attorneys, and / or the large corporate law firms that represent the clients in fields other than criminal.

The partners work jointly and personally on all the cases.
